KITCHEN GARDEN MASTERCLASS

Spend a long weekend discovering the delights of creating and cooking from the kitchen garden. Friday May 22- Monday May 25. Includes welcome dinner, 2 morning garden sessions, 2 afternoon cooking sessions and farewell breakfast.

Discover the delights of culinary gardening during this immersive weekend. With delicious meals, hands-on sessions in both the kitchen and garden, you’ll leave with tools, knowledge and inspiration to continue your homegrown journey.

  • Class 1: Garden Planning

    Everything you need to know about how to start your own garden from site selection, design, sourcing seeds and plants and ongoing maintenance.

  • Class 2: Cooking with Herbs

    Learn how to enhance your dishes with fragrant, flavourful herbs.

  • Class 3: Hands-on Planting

    In this hands-on garden session we’ll direct sow greens and radishes and transplant tomatoes, peppers and more, discussing bed preparation, proper plant spacing and succession planting

  • Class 4: First Harvest Feast

    Create a multi course dinner with the first harvest from the garden.

We are located in the beautiful Litchfield hills of Connecticut just outside the charming town of Falls Village. All classes are held at our kitchen. While accommodation is not included, we’re happy to recommend our favorite local inns.

Refund policy: Full refund given if canceled by March 1. 50% refund if canceled by April 30 . Due to the small class size, cancelations after April 30 will not be refunded.
