With the New Year as a time of renewal, we’ll explore how eating with the season can support our health and well-being. Emphasis will be on anti-inflammatory recipes featuring whole grains, pasture raised meats and fermented foods.

  • Class 1: Pantry Essentials

    A well stocked pantry is your key to nutritious, simple meals throughout the winter months. A mid-winter pantry edit can be an important part of resetting your well-being for the new year.

  • Class 2: Exploring Seasonal Produce

    Celebreate the harvest as we make a classic New England fall dinner using a variety of the best local produce, pasture-raised meat, and dairy.

  • Class 3: Mastering Sweet and Savory Pies

    Mastering pie crust is easier than you think! We’ll explore different recipes for both sweet and savory pies creating a savory main course for our lunch and a dessert for the evening’s dinner.

  • Class 4: Seasonal Ingredients, International Flavors

    Fall veggies pair with global flavors in this fun hands-on dinner class.

    Stephanie Stanton is an empowerment coach for women who has spent over 15 years guiding women to live more intuitively, authentically, and joyfully. As the founder of High Vibe Chick, she specializes in helping women raise their frequency, trust themselves more deeply, and create lives filled with purpose and pleasure. Stephanie believes that transformation happens when we connect to our inner wisdom and learn to receive the beauty and nourishment life offers us—whether that's through food, creativity, sisterhood, or simply being present with ourselves.

  • Sunday Guest Teacher: Herbalist Ani Jenkins

    Sip on a soothing cup of hot tea and learn how herbs can support our health. Ani will share the seemingly subtle yet profound benefits medicinal herbs can contribute to our well-being.

We are located in the beautiful Litchfield hills of Connecticut just outside the charming town of Falls Village. All classes are held at our kitchen. We’ve built in time for rest, relaxation or heading out for a walk in the woods. While accomodation is not included, we’re happy to recommend our favorite local spots.

Refund policy: Full refund given if canceled by September 15. 50% refund if canceled by October 1. Due to the small class size, cancelations after October 1st will not be refunded.
