Every class begins with harvesting in the garden, then we move to the kitchen, put on our aprons and cook together using classic techniques to make a delicious meal.

In our hands on classes, everyone gets to participate and learn new skills. Classes are limited to 6 students, ensuring personalised attention.

In your home or ours, gather your family and friends for a unique event to celebrate any occasion. Menus can be crafted to your dietary preferences and particular skill interests.

Held three times a year, our masterclasses are in-depth intensives over the course of a long weekend for students to take a deep dive into the best foods of the season.
